6. The training period shall enable a candidate to practise the profession in a structured environment facilitating the attainment of the following.(1) the application and development of theoretical knowledge and technical training;
(2) the practice and development of decision-making, leadership and administrative skills;
(3) the development of integrity, independent thinking and the ability to identify and respond to clients’ needs and critical situations;
(4) the improvement of interpersonal and professional skills.
